When candles leave soot behind on the glass or create a tunnel when burning, the wick is typically to blame. Here are a couple tips to ensure a clean, even burn!
Prevent Black Soot​

A wick that is too long will create an incomplete combustion and uneven heating.Be sure to trim your wick to 1/4 before every burn.

Here at Fairy Grove Candle Co. we desire to create a unique experience through ambiance & candlelight. My daughter and I decided we wanted a way to capture emotions & memories through scents. Therefore Fairy Grove Candle Co. was created! We procure toxin-free scents & natural soy wax to create our candles & melts as well as toxin & Paraben free, high quality ingredients to create our whipped soaps and body care products.

Wendy (she/her) currently resides in Cleveland, SC with her husband and two dogs. She loves nature & feels a spiritual connection with nature, particularly the mountains and forests. Creating new scent combinations for our products is one of her many passions!

Sydney (they/them) currently resides in Island Pond, VT but often travels into NYC for photo/video shoots.
